Hmmm..where to begin? Ok. Hi, I'm Victoria and I love to play with Yoga and Tai Chi, and share it too. My two wonderful daughters, ages 17 and 9, like to play too. It's fun, so it's "play". 

Maybe there's a little more to my story than that...

 

So, I am fascinated by the human body and its many amazing abilities. I had my first understanding of some of these abilities as a young adult, while learning Shaolin Kung Fu. (My sincere thanks to Bruce Lee and his movies, for the inspiration to learn.) 

This eventually led to a discovery of Yoga and Tai Chi, which I realized were methods that I would be able to practice for a lifetime. Tai Chi is, in fact, a martial art and therefore trains self defense methods too. 

Yoga and Tai Chi both consist of healthy, natural movements that are excellent in promoting the wellness of body, mind, and emotions.  If we are well in these aspects of ourselves, we are much more likely to radiate an attitude of kindness towards others.

Kindness is something that each of us can easily give and each of us deserves to receive too. I love to experiment with kindness. For example, think of those times when someone with a negative attitude is fully expecting the same in return. Yet, we can step out of that expectation and instead greet that negativity with a positive and kind attitude. The pleasure you will feel when you witness their surprise (and relaxation) to the situation is immeasurable. I love this. To put a smile on someone's face, someone who just moments before displayed a furrowed brow, is immensely rewarding. Situations like this drive my mission.
